Refund/Cancellation Policy

Shri Krishna Tour & Travels offers the following refund and cancellation policy for taxi bookings.

Immediate Booking

For immediate bookings, customers can request a taxi for instant pickup. Pickup time may vary depending on the location and availability of the vehicle.

If the booking is cancelled after confirmation, cancellation charges may apply based on the distance covered and time spent by the driver.

Advance Booking

Customers can also book taxis in advance through phone or website for future travel requirements. Booking confirmation and driver details will be shared before the journey.

For advance bookings, customers may cancel the ride up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time without any charges. Cancellations made after that may attract applicable charges.

Important Notes

• Cancellation charges will be calculated as per the applicable fare.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed accordingly.
• Shri Krishna Tour & Travels reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
